COMMITTEES
The Capilano Students' Union Board of Directors (Executive Committee) is comprised of different elected students who act as the representatives of their respective constituencies and committees. In turn, the constituency committees direct the work of the directors. Aside from the directors, each committee is comprised of interested members-at-large (students of the University–that’s you!). Members may sit on any committee, with the exception of constituency groups that are consist of any self-identifying members of that particular constituency (International Students, Queer Students, Students of Colour, Women, and First Nations). Most committees meet weekly to work on projects that they set out for themselves. In addition the Executive Committee strikes ad-hoc committees to work on specific issues.

CSU PORTFOLIO COMMITTEES
While the CSU is an advocacy-based not-for-profit organization, we still have internal operational items to deal with! Below are committees that any member is free to participate in. These portfolio committees are chaired by directors.
